As per your telephonic discussion on 9********0 with the undersigned dated 18th November 2019, this is to inform you that the Gemini Music HD is currently not available on our platform.

Dear Members Case Closed! So Again Don't Tell That "Airtel DTH Added Gemini Music HD On Their Platform". Even Though I Sent Them Screenshot Of Gemini Music HD Available On Airtel.

Though airtel does goof up on many instances but in this case they might not be at fault, 2 New Sun Network HD channels are on test run in my opinion hence neither cust care has info nor they r available to subscribers thru selfcare or sms medium. Wait a little till they set things in order and add it to their database

But Why It's Happening Only For Sun Network Channels?

Do not know, there r various reasons for doing such activities or having delays in completing contractual formalities.

Also before Indiacast HD channels get added, we will see price revision happening for Comedy Central and Colors Infinity few days earlier (Rs. 9 to Rs. 7) . Keep check on self care as on EPG it is updated later on. Till now airtel not added Rs. 10 Times Network Movie Bouquet, planning to highlight this with Times Network on Twitter ... Last time i raised dolby unavailability issue from broadcaster side and after some days it was added across their HD Movie channels
 
Wrote to Times Network just right away, let's see if it yields positive outcome this time or not. Will tag senior people if there is no response or result
