Audio levels got corrected after some time, regarding HD chs well they r having low audio since many yrs and most probably it is software issue like tata sky had in initial yrs... In home theatre set up audio of HD chs would b fine

My stb working slowly since 1 week, like response of stb is slow after switching button on remote.. lights r blinking simultaneously on both. What to do?

Switch off the STB completely by unplugging the power supply. Switch it on after 2-3 minutes. See if it helps. Also during summers, maybe it helps to switch off the STB completely when not in use.

On most occasions if u do recharge post due date then DBR gets deducted twice on that day, it is a tech issue so please call them and ask for refund for extra daily rental charge... Lastly Rs. 15/20 IMF is debited so kindly look if same has caused depletion of bal.. U can request refund for this too

Post due date recharge charges idle maintenance fee DR ₹ 15 for all customers here is screen shot i am retailer using mboss retailer i use to check for my customers account

don't know this news posted or not.
after so many days again adtv showing recharge due date validity banner reminder with epg. earlier days it showed then in middle adtv stopped showing this banner now again started to show this banner

Audio levels on HD channels will be high even if your TV supports dolby audio. My TV supports it & I've selected DD audio from airtel's settings & I get high audio on HD channels & low on SD channels.

My hd setup box has audio/video problem some time weak signal snow in TV .I changed Hdmi cable in different ports and change 3 Hdmi different cable same use continued.Is this setup box issue or TV issue.
I used Vu premium uhd TV and TV bought 1 month ago
