Problem my secondary box no single animal planet hd and sonybbcearth hd why
Other channels received good single quality

I try satellite scan first screen single level is low but after few second the single quality is good and then press ok a we got home channel again we go to 439 sony BBC hd and faced same no single I am not understand what happened

Tried everything to get Viacom 18 HD channels but nothing has happened. They add channels at their own pace.

It's available in app in kids section instead of HD section.

No, it's available in kids section. 15 channels are listed there & CN HD+ is at last. I can't show you because app doesn't allow to take screenshot.
