No such button on my HD STB Remote.

This button is there in last row (bottom right ) position on the remote of old HD boxes, for new ones too * or help button would be there on remote

Not opened bro.

Seems they r updating information under this tab/section hence disabled the option on temporary basis. We may soon get to see its re-enabled alongwith Customer Care channel getting added on LCN 121 which most likely would share updates / information regarding changes or new things being introduced on Airtel Digital TV Platform

Yes 'help' button is there but on bottom left and 'info' button on bottom right.

It's working Fine for me. Help menu opens whenever I press 'help' button.
