Anyone tell me how can get a hevc box?

What if your stb gets corrupt and stops working?
In that case, they will for sure replace it with new hevc box..

They won't. They said they only have old boxes for swapping. No new boxes!

I really doubt them..
I would suggest you to make it non functional. And tell them kids did something and now its not working. File a complaint for new stb. Don't ask for swap. Just tell them its not working.
I have contact with local technician. I will talk to him and then suggest you what to do.

Yes, please do it. They clearly told me in the morning if the stb isn't working they will replace it with old model only. They don't have hevc boxes as replacements.
