What is mean by Bat update

Help Plz. Recently I changed my base pack from myplan 99 to South max . In myplan base pack I got ss1 and ss select 1 as free addon. But when I changed the base pack the addon removed .i told the cc not to remove those, but it got removed. What should i do now .How to get those two free addons back.?. Thanks in advance.

Bro, SS2 Free add on is only applicable for MyPlan99 users. So. you cannot get it on any other packs. SS Select 1 must be on free preview which might have got ended.

you are correct bro ss2 only for myplan99 . But instead of that I got ss1 and ss4 . as star stopped ss 4 ,i got ss select1 . But now after basepack change both gets removed bro.. note all channels are sd.

Cannot access HDMYPACK section.
It stucks after enter rmn and password.
Anyone facing same issue
