Process:
1) Post successful recharge / activation (D0) , eligible data will be fetched on D+1 & SMS will be sent with Voucher code.
2) SMS will be sent within 72 hours of Successful recharge/activation.
3) In case of any issue in gift card usage we need to redirect customer to call centers of respective vendors as per mentioned escalation matrix.
4) In case of any customer issue related to not getting SMS for gift voucher we need to raise a SR for it, SR team will validate eligibility of customer for offer & take update customer's RTN on CRM & share all such cases back to center team so that we can re-send SMS on update RTN.

We will promote offers through various medium – on screen static plate/ EPGs/ mail/ outbound CC.

Offer T&C :
1) Customer will receive Gift Voucher code through SMS on RTN within 72 hours of successful recharge.
2) One customer ID is eligible for only one gift voucher during offer period.
