Can someone let me know the procedure for making new channel requests? I spoke to the customer care guys and made a request. But, thinking of contacting nodal officers regarding the same. Any prior experience from anyone trying out this? Was it success ? Between, Im requesting for the following:

TravelXP HD
TravelXP Tamil

Tried writing to TravelXP team but no success so far.

There is no use in contacting Nodal or Appellate. They'll add only when they wish. You'll simply receive a template reply.

Yeah mostly. I guess they go with the TRP ratings as below:

TV audience measurement data collection - BARC India

Check genre "lifestyle" and I see it got the lowest. Let me try contacting them and will update the outcome here
