I wants to change infinity my base pack to Myplan 199 in self care. But there only one base pack show that's Jackpot HD Rs. 777. how t change my base pack in self care.

You can't downgrade your base pack in self care. Call cc they will do it for you.

I was tried to downgrade base pack few days back, but there is no option to change.
