Bro, could u suggest which pack to downgrade to? Upgrading again to current pack wont be possible I think as it was a special acquisition pack. My base pack name is BIG Val Prime Kids 2M. What airtel has done mistakenly (or deliberately) is that priced it as 378 for first 2 months, and thereafter 378 per month. Hence need to do something about it.

As u activate the connection that time value prime kids pack is 285 only but last month price hiked now it's 299 only & its not a base pack lower packs also available post ur requirement will suggest u suitable sd package

Regarding hd addon issue 1st fix the sd package then will look into it

Bro, my requirement is best suited by Value Prime Kids + Royal HD addon. I see in Selfcare, it is available to activate for Rs 4,299.
Rs 4,299: Value Prm ROYAL HD 10M+2.5M SF (What does SF mean here?)
Rs 4,549: Value Prm ROYAL HD 10M+2.5M

Dont know the difference between the two.

But my current problem is- Magic HD is still valid for another 1 month, so I am not opting for the above annual plan as of now. Hence thinking of going for Value Prime Kids monthly Rs 299. Is this the only option? Checked MyPlan199 but doenst suit me.

Thanks. CC confirmed DBR is Rs 12.6 and I also got SMS stating the same. In MyAirtel App I see:
BIG Val Prm Kids Magic HD 2M (Base Plan) Rs 378 (according to me this should have been Rs 285)
ACQ ADV magic ROI HD 3M Rs 93

But when I took, I had paid only Rs 378. Even recharge done was Rs 378. So looks like the Rs 93 magic ROI HD is provided free and they have included all amount as this customised Base Pack.

Also, any chance I'd be eligible for Unlimited Dhamaka Packs (Which were only for deactivated customers / acquisition customers) ?
