Today i activate infinity Sports pack (3M Roi). i notice that in self care portal STB-001 showing 397 channels and STB-002 channel Number showing 363 channels.
Free Topup Hindi Regional and punjabi Regional added in Both STB.
then why are difference (397-363=34 Channels)

How to remove a channel without contacting cc. Is it possible to send a SMS. Bcoz if I call cc they remove all free topup. All English top-up will be removed I cannot add it back.

If you have topup code /channel number then you can send sms as REM TOPUP 54325 From Your RMN.

You can also remove by sending mail to nodal.

May be some other topup activated on your primary connection like Hd customer identification
