Bro received mail, MTV BEATS HD also in process

This is a standard reply by ADTV for any channel request. In the past I have requested them to add different channels on different occasions, I received same reply. Try sending a request for addition of another channel, you receive template reply. Only channel name changes, but the text of the mail remains same.
They never say no.

Bros I m using old adtv hd + box, I want to change into new hd + box .. it's just an replacement of old hd + box to new one !! How much it will cost bros
