I am not able to view the HD services section in connections tab on the self-Care portal. (rather, its not appearing in the browser - tried with Firefox & Edge).

Anyone else facing this issue? Any resolution?

Bro from the start of June itself it isn't working,it just disappeared & no one knows when it will be back.

no signals on ten 2 hd and its transponder . its cloudy here.. usually i get high signal strength 76 on this transponder
can someone check and confirm ?

@Deepu Darling bro could you check for any new Transponders testing happening me too facing some issue Couldn't lock TP and load channels satellite scan is stuck this is new thing I'm coming across in Internet TV.

Usually it won't ask for Scanning TP if there is low signal and sure something new happening.
Cloudy hear too but Sun is there.

Signal level 74 and quality around 14 but satellite scan stuck and channel not yet loaded for about 5 mins.

Suddenly, I am not getting signals on Cineplex HD , Sab HD & other channels of same tp. Signal level & quality both are 0. Other channels are working absolutely fine with signal level around 80 & quality between 12 & 14.
