Mail to Nodal officer & ask them you are eligible for this pack or not? If you are eligible then do a recharge of 1199, pack will be automatically activated on your account.

Bro don't Saying All about Faulty/this much low price base pack. No DTH In India Including Airtel Never gave any base pack at this much low price. This is some technical glitches in Airtel Selfcare. If suddenly Airtel deducted full money, then Everybody Started blaming You. So do not suggest anyone about this.
