I changed my basepack on Oct 13th due to lock-in-period should i compulsorily need wait for 30 days even though iam ready take ARP plan?? Or can i activate ARP plan right now?

Familypack topup was added in 2016 and Diwali Dhamka was added in 2017. Both were combos of some services and channels. I don't recall the channels list and can't find the old post.

Hallo, Last night I have recharged with 410₹ & today morning I saw the base pack infinity sports HD for 3 month at 1229 ₹ so I have choose it but at time of payment it is saying you should pay 1229 but already I have paid 410 so, ideally I should pay now 819 but it is showing recharge amount 1229₹

What should I do in this case?

You should add remaining 819 and then subscribe the pack through selfcare or by calling customer care.

You mean to say after adding 819₹ my account balance will be 1229₹ so I can directly activate that pack. It will not ask me to make payment of 1229₹ ?
