What about new packages from airtel.is the old packs still available?I am in my plan 99 with tamil top up

I don't think there will be any change for next 30 days as the rule has been extended for next 30 days or whatever.

Now, Change basepack option & HD topups section also removed from self care.

Customer care removed one old channel. With along that 1 month free regional packs too gone. Any idea how to add now?

If it was not available officially then you can't add now because options are removed from self care.

Changed base pack option removed from self-care for my account too. It was there until yesterday afternoon

Anyone facing the issue in remote? Channels were skipping between and unable to move to next channel as it skips 5 channel
