I am subscribed to 28 HD Top Up. So, if Airtel introduce CI HD on Monday then will I have to call and manually activate 29 HD Top Up?

You will get both espn hd nd ci hd in your pack,there are exceptions when they don't add roi channels to packages immediately like fox life hd

Cant predict them bro....
While Fox Life :hd addition, it took nearly a month to add it automatically to all respective HD Topups...
But during Set Max :hd they added it to all respective hd topups automatically within two days...
