even I am not getting hd bouquets and hd alcarte in selfcare can I make New plan using my airtel app, if yes how?

First you need to update the existing Airtel app. Then under connection tab you can opt for new pack by selecting preferred cahnnels or bouquet.

HD Bouquets and Alacarte Everything working fine for me. If yours is SD STB then HD packs wont show.

I have already said you that only addition is available through this version & that too only topups. For changing packs & removing channels you need to login to self care.
You can also create your plan through channel 998. You'll get all SD/HD bouquets/Ala-Carte there.
