How to activate this fta channel pack?

i had total 41 channels something before
now im having 99 channels, some FTAtamil, hindi news, kannada, malayalam, telegu channels have been added automatically . i just noticed it,
why is that guys ?
im sick of changing my package all the time

but inside package details
it only says 25 fta channels in use

i decided to re create the pack and guess what happened
i didnt add any bouquet, alacarte
its showing 83 channels, im fed up with this

i just checked my friends and his account also got updated like mine
but my question is, these free channels dont count ??
lets say i wanna add more channels and nfc slab 2 get applied because of these free channels ? so thats y i wanna know if they dont count or not

I am on multiple connection. Ist stb is working fine but second shows suspended due to low balance. There is 192 rs in account. What is the problem??
