Bhai, I do visit selfcare on a regular basis and check all things updated there, these packs have been listed since last 3 or 4 months, infact i have activated few of these on my account too not so long ago.

Check batteries in remote, also many times box stops receiving command hence just restart the stb once. Do check if dust has accumalated on stb or box sensor / some other obstruction is there in between

Tonight maybe Star Gold Hitz service channel will be relaunch. When press the menu button then saw a small banner. Where written as "Star Gold Hitz service subscribe it" With the logo of SG Hitz.

But in this ss lcn showing as 693 so I think it would be added.
