For me they activated instantly. Also I had a box failure within 2 weeks of installation, they replaced it with a new box and activated it within 5 mins.
There is something wrong with your installation dealership end. Continue pursuing, it isn't a complex process to activate a box.

Don't know how many news channels will be enough!
After moving to ADTV, the only thing I miss the most is TravelXP HD. Hope they focus on the same instead of adding gazillions of news channels .

Yes I contacted him with my email I’d asking him to add on Dishtv. He gave a prompt reply that it will be added on Dishtv shortly. To my surprise Travel XP HD added on Dishtv in a weeks time.
