I have done master reset like 4 times already..still no update
Bro... Try contacting Airtel team through mail bro... They will contact you with proper solution... Today I got a call from them... They told me that 'this model set top boxes are automatically updated.. we can't able to do manual update.. if you are not getting any updates means they request update from their end bro..

This is not helpful bro..airtel not replied over mail but I was getting call from local airtel office just now, I didn't pick up because last time the lady yelled like anything that you are only complaining too much .this is affecting our performance..I am scared to pick up the call again now. Unnecessarily mood off 🙏

Leave it..no more complaints...I will silently move to tataplay once pack expires

Just tweet to Airtel Presence and they will call u back. Explain to them the issue and they will follow it up with concerned team. Your issue would be resolved within short time. Do try this option

Bro things going round and round, if I am tweeting in airtel they are asking to contact in dm. In dm they are raising SR and again it is going to local team. Local team they don't want to hear anything..if picture and sound coming , everything is good!

Inform the same to Airtel Presence, they will take up the case with the local service team of ur area. Explain to them the issue in detail as they most probably will take the service team on a conference call while interacting with u once u tell them that service team is not able to understand the issue
 
One thing i like to say and appreciate adtv from last 2 weeks i faced no server down problem of my airtel app when i try to add channel late night channel got added / remove instantly without any hustle

Bro... I got a call today from Airtel nodal desk bro... They answered me very politely regarding this issue. Only regional language CC member speak with us in very rude manner. But When we get a call from nodal team or 121 they answer our queries bro...
