Home channel 101 is not available for us. And, she also confirmed that from now on, two add-on packs are necessary for my plan 99.

When I call'd CC the guy told me the same thing. He said that he can't add this top up as it is not available in the system but he also added that I may try sending sms, it might get added.

16 sd channels moved out from 11480v tp in last few days. Now only 29 sd channels and 0 hd channels remain on this tp and signal quality is very poor on remaining channels like NG People, Homeshop 18 , ETV Cinema. Are they making space for HD or is this TP failing?
