Signal strength on some channels,I don't know much about which channels are on which TP

All channels working but signal quality on 11480v is very poor - near 8 all other tps I am getting 14. To test this tp check signal quality on DD Bharti, NG People, ETV Cinema and Homeshop18. Many other important channels that were on this TP were shifted to other TPs few days ago. I think HD addition was delayed to fix this issue.
