Buddy 1stly these r classified as Skill Based Games and same have been allowed by the government and when case was filed in court claiming that these r betting apps so should not be allowed as same r illegal as per law then concerned companies put forward their points and stated that these r skill based games which require thinking/brainpower to play and promote healthy competition among those playing it.....i don't remember exact argument put forward bit it was something like that hence same were not banned.
Now as these fall in legal ambit hence these r advertised too on TV Channels and Online Portals tooo. ... If i remember correctly then in 2022 o believe government came out with an advisory to broadcasters which stated that they should avoid running ads of such companies and since thrn on TV such ads have decreased but online these still can be frequently seen.....if u r seeing it on Airtel DTH Box boot screen then there is nothing wrong in it
