I dont know if I should post this question in this thread or Apps thread, but when I try to recharge my airtel DTH using airtel Thanks App, it doesnt let me use AmazonPay Wallet option. Does anyone know why? The wallet is already linked to my airtel Thanks App, but does not show up as a Payment option when I go to the payment screen.

Hope adtv soon remove scroll of not available channel on free top-up scroll
It's hammered viewing experience as adtv never drop channel on said date and date jeeps extended so as scroll instead adtv remove channel from free package without give scroll info on channel I mean who ever want that channel can activate why make that channel buggy to give reminder in the form of scrolll

Bro don't know the reason behind it but this is happening same here. So another option to use Amazon pay wallet balance that is recharge through Airtel web.
on the payment page upi/debit credit card/wallet option will show. In the wallet option Amazon pay will show .Then pay through Amazon pay wallet. This option is showing at web portal.

but i notice one thing that if we try to recharge DTH account then amazon pay option is not showing but if we recharge Airtel Prepaid Mobile recharge then Amazon Pay option is showing
i think this might be happeing at Thanks app .

Thanks for confirming this. I also have this same issue. Looks like I'll have to use alternate options for DTH then.

You can pay directly on amazon pay wallet, there is no issues. All plans or offers will be activated as per denominations.

If we try to pay directly using AmazonPay from the Amazon App, the minimum recharge denomination is Rs 100.
With the airtel Thanks app, the minimum recharge denomination is Rs 50. I wanted to recharge only Rs 50, hence was using the airtel Thanks app, and also tried airtel web portal but it doesnt give AmazonPay as a payment option for DTH Recharge.

Another option is to use FreeCharge (which allows minimum recharge denomination as Rs 50), but again, I cant choose to pay using AmazonPay wallet in FreeCharge.
