can anybody help regarding how many channels are available in English plus hd, because in airtel. in self help its showing 7 including 5 movie channels & 2 entertainment channels. but in the airtel website in chota packs section it's showing 10 channels including 5 English movies & 5 entertainment channels. 2 contradictory info. so can somebody clarify which is the correct info?

Knowing how lazy Airtel technical team is, I think it's fair to assume these new HD channels are not yet available in 'ENGLISH Plus HD' addon. You can call cc for exact details. Another stupid thing they did was to increase cost of Hollywood HD without adding a single new channel while keeping English Plus HD pack at same cost.

Yeah increased Hollywood HD by Rs 18 without any channels. but I think English plus hd have 10 channels as self care take time to update & website updates bit faster compared to self care. That price remains the same even after the addition of 3 channels shows more customers prefers movies than serials & entertainment.and also movies channels are in more demand than than entertainment hence the price rise in Hollywood HD.

Selfcare portal details are fetched from an actual database that accounts everything and it's updated every 48 hrs. The Chota pack website is just a picture with some icon and does not reflect actual change.
