Remote not get in Airtel dth stores???if we upgrade sd to hd stb, remote is included or not?

In 599 Rs. upgradation Remote iz not Included as per my knowledge..:huh

yup remote not available for 599 upgrade but u can be used ur previous stb remote or else u need new remote means u have to pay 200 more :s ..

When I upgraded from HD+ to HD DVR,whole new box was given to me having a new remote as well as a new HDMI cable,didn't knew that they don't give remote on upgrading from SD to HD

if u upgrade stb other than 599 u will get remote with stb ..
