The deviation is too minuscule to be a position change. Also altitude has to be raised to move it westward which has not happened. I suggest at least 0.1 degree change before making a conclusion (113.40 will be a proof of changing location). Current deviation is only 0.02 degrees from 113.50. For example SES-7 is assigned 108.2. Yesterday night it was 108.23 now it's 108.27. If you zoom in the map you can see natural oscillation due to gravitational pulls from moon and the sun. So there are slight daily oscillations north-south and east-west and any long term change is corrected during station keeping for all satellites.
