i am using my pack 99. yesterday i subscribed toonami . but for me toonami channel alone coming as no signal. remaining channels are coming fine. plz help

The best way to get signal on this transponder is to change the dish elevation angle.

Loosen the bolts and push down the dish very slightly. Tighten back the bolt after getting signal. Else call customer care and request technician.
