OP bro and iphifi bro, just enquired CC regarding this, they told me as this pack is not available so you can't have ARP for this pack you need to upgrade your pack to avail ARP.

CC will tell like that only. They don't know any word other than can't. You check in self care portal change pack section if it's available try to change pack from self care portal, you ll get the pack you like.But it will take some time as it shows some error to change pack when I tried to change pack 10 days back. But pack changed after 2 days in self care portal.
