Also the names are horrible. Avengers: Age of Ultron is called Avengers: Kalyug ka Mahayudd. What's next?

Sweety: the Suar for Babe: The Pig. Also why isn't Babe: The Pig on tv. It's a good movie. It use to air often on Star Gold and Pogo.

So when Marvel / Disney purchased back rights of Hulk and Ghost Rider, it did not include older films?
There is no need to buy back anything for Disney. If any of the licencees failed to make a movie on the property with in said point of time, Disney-Marvel will automatically get those rights.
Hulk films franchise r is i guess in some sort of agreement issue or rights ownership issue bcoz no new films have been made since long. Had read some article regarding this?
An agreement was made with Marvel in the earlier Marvel Studios phase, i.e., Incredible Hulk. Marvel Studios owns the production rights and Universal owns the distribution on the solo films. However, after Disney's acquisition of Marvel, both parties haven't had agreed on terms of the arrangement, so, they aren't produced any Hulk solo films.
Also read some informative articles of how marvel/disney sold rights of Spiderman to Sony in 1999 and what all were the terms of the agreement. Their partnership will continue. Also quite possible that just like in USA, we might see Sony Pics Film & Television shows library being available on star/disney linear channels and OTT platform
Idk if you have read some thing or asking me do so. By the tone I'm assuming that you are asking me. So, let's make it clear here if you want to read or wanted to let me know.

1. Marvel sold the rights to multiple high profile characters to various studios to keep them away from bankruptcy.

2. Sony and Disney entered an agreement because Sony's Amazing Spider man was sinking.. So, they wanted to cash in and Kevin Feige was there as the correct point to make that happen.

3. The agreement had expired in 2019 after SM: far from Home. Then after fan outpour and Tom Holland's persistence, Sony finally agreed to Disney's terms of 25% ownership of the film. Disney had one of its own films left in the contract, in which spider man can appear as of yet.

4. Disney and Sony entered into Pay 2 window in just USA, it gives them rights for the films to stream ON Disney owned platforms, after like two years after their releases. Its not global.

5. Even if, Disney and Marvel doesn't involve in production, Marvel will recieve 5% of the first dollar revenue, ie., if a movie made 100 million at box office, Marvel will 5 millions from that.

6.Apart from that Disney owns entire Merchandise Revenue from spiderman related things, which they got in a trade with Sony to extend the time Frame in which they had to produce next movie.

7. Lastly, Marvel still owns TV Animation rights for Spiderman, they will keep on producing shows. They have already announced new show and Disney Channel are producing multiple shows.

Yes, this is what i said that disney does not need to buy back rights of spiderman as all is going well for both parties involved. I do also hope that Hulk franchise issue is resolved soon as disney-comcast have a good relationship or else they should take back rights. Venom and Ghost Rider too need to have a stronger presence which sony-disney should think about

Thanks for providing all the above information. I already read this in details in various articles published earlier. About pay 2 window agreement sony entered with disney in USA, i guess it may also b expanded to cover India too. Already many sony movies have are arriving on Netflix under Pay 2 window so let us see if in future they have Disney+Hotstar as partners or not. As i can see Sony is more interested in selling satellite/streaming rights of its content to other parties rather than utilising it on own channels or apps, they want to maximise revenue thru this way.

Also now that disney have 25% ownership of Spiderman films then will they get decide on selling satellite rights or streaming rights ? If not having Pay 2 window agreement for all sony pictures content in India, still will Disney get to have satellite/streaming rights of just spiderman films or even Venom, Ghost Rider films going ahead thru some other agreement?

I guess not Spiderman character rights have an arrangement like that. Satellite and Streaming of characters like Venom, Morbius, Sinister Six are completely with Sony. Ghost Rider is now owned by Marvel.
