Yes Bhai desperately in Need to get added asap on TS Board. And Mega LCN Rearrangements will help them to do so. But the doubt arises that whether it will be On-Board within 28th or will take further time.......Waiting for Unboxing eagerly....

Zee signed an exclusivity deal with ADTV for Zee Classic and &xplor HD. For the former it expired (TS added it on 29 June), but it is still valid for the latter.

After TS's LCN reshuffling, there is a very high chance to add &xplor HD. However other DTHs are very unlikely.

There is no such exclusive deal with airtel and it ain't allowed in new framework. If Zee still engaged in such practice then Tata Sky would have gone to TDSAT and got access to channel. Not adding this or other channels is purely based on Tata Sky's decision which is governed by host of factors

There r other reasons too including monetary ones which we have already discussed in the past. Channels like &Xplor HD also create hindrance in subscribers opting for their OTT sevices on Hybrid box or binge stick, this could well be reason for delaying addition. Tata Sky is very particular on maintaining healthy profit margins, already new framework has caused drop in that mainly for them and OTT avenue is new option which they r hopeful for

This may not be obstruction so much so for Tata Sky but incase of airtel this is surely the case. As soon as dish d2h merger with airtel comes into play, airtel will change LCN and possibly operate out of dish d2h headend in noida. Think agreements with broadcasters r already sealed but some final obligations or completion of paper work with dish d2h must be in the works
