Bro just one correction -Sahara One & filmy channel are still there in my hathway cable here though agree its availability might have reduced in most cable or DTH. sahara one is airing its old programs.

Yes, i know bhai but it is almost defunct with hardly any visibility or fresh programs.... Same goes for filmy, firangi which r in worse off state

Adding Sony ROX HD to the list. It was indeed a good music channel with amazing picture and audio quality. Not sure why Sony stepped out from music genre even after doing quite good.

Bcoz Rox HD was not generating revenue as music streaming gained tremendously on internet so sony decided that it is best to shut it down.
Sony Mix could have stayed on like Mastiii or B4U, 9X Jalwa, MTV Beats, 9XM, 9X Jalwa..... Yes with more internet penetration, free music there is surely a negative impact on ratings of business viability of music chs but still i feel there is vast audience which likes watching music chs on tv b it bcoz of comfort, convenience or slow internet issues... More so Free Dish itself gives great reach for such chs

Hope After Sony zee merger, they do justice with Zing, may they rebrand into full time music Channel like Sony Mix rather than zing which show Programs.

Hope M Tunes also start there transmission.

Zing will remain a youth channel - will air shows, movies, music. Zing is airing many bollywood films which do not find space on zee's hindi movie chs just like Viacom18 does on MTV

Hi Can anyone tell me how to check TV shows TRP ratings ? In BARC Website their no TV Show TRP option it's only showing Channels, Advertisement & Brand options

True, few weeks back i even gave this feedback to their hindi movie cluster head on twitter. Adding to this, Colors Cineplex Bollywood is doing fab job and constantly acquiring more bollywood films, now their schedule looks promising.... Tata Sky, D2H users r missing out on this good channel and even And Xplor

Today’s schedule of Colors cineplex HD is with 3 bollywood films. Also, observed that some films are exclusive to HD while SD version keeps playing dubbed films with 1 bollywood film airing.

Good to see cineplex HD going this way. Let’s hope it improves further and doesn’t step back.
