Glad that finally Sony is improving bollywood content on its hindi movie chs, shortly as many dubbed south indian movies expire from their network thereafter bollywood films will further take prominence on their chs.

Another good bollywood movie which until now was ignored by sony is being aired tomm on Sony Max 2. Catch Jannat tomm 10 pm on Sony Max 2. Most probably this movie will shift to star/disney soon hence now being aired on key slot by sony

But Sony still is lagging behind Star . Currently I would say Star is the market leader with Not only Bollywood and South Content but also getting Hollywood banners like Marvel , WB . Also Star is sincere towards giving proper timeslot to Especially Bollywood movies unlike Sony which have been sometimes caught airing Many Bollywood movies in waterwashed hours like ( SOTY back in 2018 at 2:45 AM slot ) . I think Sony still needs to improve their strategy until it's too late .

I think every network should make 4 types of movies channels, 1 pure bollywood, 2 dubbing hollywood 3 dubbing other languages movies like south, punjabi, bhojpuri etc 4 old hindi movie channel

Buddy, content strategy you have put forward is absolutely not the right way to take for any broadcaster nor will it yield success.

4 or 5 SD chs for bollywood films ranging genres, incase broadcaster has big bollywood library. Have HD feed for important hindi movie chs. Have 1 channel for dubbed hollywood films. Dubbed South Indian or other language films should not not exceed 3 or 4 on any particular day and should b aired preferably on a single channel so that bollywood or dubbed viewers can pick channel of their choice. Alternatively if broadcaster has large dubbed south indian movies library and wants to focus more on it then they can launch a separate channel for it.

its currently a FTA channel from June 1st it'll be a Pay channel n will be available on new RIO effective June 1st 22.
