this is not HEVC enabled that shows TS have no plan to change to HEVC technology for few years

I guess HEVC boxes are given based on the availability in that particular city.

Yes they always give STBs subject to the stock available in that particular area. Previously in some areas they provided Huawei made STBs and in some areas they gave Technicolor STBs.
