RE: Gsat 10 is lock on 81.50'E?

anybody knows what happened to gsat 10 is the testing started or will it be like gsat 8 why there is so much delay in testing that satellite still the satellite is not moved to its desired location i dont know when it will happen coz now digitization is just 2-3 days away

dont expect anything from ISRO on or before 31st Oct'12 or even before 14th Nov'12 as all the persons had gone on a big annual leave being a festive season.

ISRO being a govt organization have lots of leave. Testing may start by end of Nov'12 if they like otherwise during mid of Dec'12.

Gsat 10 completed 1 month and from last 13 days it was lock, now look like moving. 81.57 E highest point in last 15 days so testing may be start from next month.

i think it is not moving it now 81.57 degree,after some time it will come to 81.5 degree.
what they r doing?
isro not giving any press update since 3rd October.
what happen?
