so still now the position is not fixed and neither isro had started testing its tps.

so i dont feel this satellite will be operational during 1st week of Nov'12 or by Nov'12 end.:'''huhhuh

One more thing i have observed, That satellite ALTITUDE of GSAT-10 is higher then INSAT4A, earlier GSAT-10 was 10 km lower then INSAT-4A NOW 10 KM ABOVE/HIGH FROM INSAT-4A. :lol
