I think they Lost access to GSAT 10....

Satellite is not lock till we cant say any thing[astra 2f also moving at 44E as its destination is 28.5E]. From last observation, the variation in altitude is very high and even satellite orbit is not on exact equator. Both changes happen rapidly hence sat is in moving. I think isro is try to set sat in proper motion with correct longitude and latitude. [altitude variation insat 4a= 54 km and gsat 10=116 km also latitude variation is very high. So isro is adjusting satellite]

as i had told before, youcan't hope for test / additions till jan-feb... thats too not sure !!

yes... we have to wait for channel additions till Feb, 2012... TataSky added channels for retaining customers before digitization...
