According To the ideal condition of satellite moving, satellite takes 1°/day for move, at 3rd oct 2012 GSAT-10 was on 70.18°e so if we do 83°-70.18°= 12.83° is remaing.. so the satellite shouldbe reach on 13th day means 15th or 16th....
