HD DVR - Unable to open message

Hi all,

I recently bought HD DVR and unable to open message notification . I have this issue from installation onwards. Let me explain.
Initially I got yellow mail box notification on top and I clicked "Yellow" button in remote. Mail box disappeared without any info. I got yellow box again when changing channels via "OK"(EPG) menu. So I tried yellow button but all windows closed up again.

I don't have any issue except annoying message box when switching channels. Anyone else facing this issue.?
What I need to do.?
