Help me to install TATA SKY BINGE+

I have 3 multi tv HD connection ...one of them is stopped working...I want to upgrade that with Tata Sky Binge+,
CC told that upgrade is possible but new connection is not available in my area

I am from New Barrackpur Kolkata-700131...
Can Anyone in this forum arrange a binge+ box for me??
