Bro its showing higher packs like 399 and above only, there is no 99 or 199 pack shown.

If you want to downgrade pack then only option is to call customer care (in selfcare only higher pack can be availed).

Self care doesn't allow to downgrade pack for this you have to call cc ask them to do so...
