yesterday my new latest version stb stopped working sue to the affection of thunderstorms so i complained and engineer came today .He replaced it with a old version stb[version 1011r].the software in the stb is not latest how can i update it with new software. I have tried factory reset but no use.the stb is quiet heavy and the shortcuts buttons are not working in this stb.how can i solve these problems .please help me my friends.:sp:wall

Seems d2h is planning a software update to all STBs. Hopefully, your STB should get updgraded to a newer version. Or you can contact CC and ask for the latest software update..

Their guy will visit you. He can Upgrade your stb with latest software via USB.

yes it is working. I have called customer care and ask for software update but they said they cant do this
