I have a dishtv dealer id when i recharge a vc in platinum or any other scheme & i am not selecting any ala carte pack in this recharge but Neo+ or utv or any other ala carte pack are become automatic run in this recharge perhaps previously selected recharge plz help me members & solve my this big problem
