How to lodge a complaint? The customer care number provided in the SD webpage doesn't have any option to lodge one.Even the webpage doesn't have any link or form. Can somebody help me in this?

service very very bad in kerala.expecialy stb complaint . swap box not available .reply only take a new sundirect plus box without remote ,dish ,lnb,cable .no new installation . cash buying 1000/-+ id proof + old stb with card . it is only increasing subscribers numbers angry
