How to make Secondary STB active from Inactive status

Hi,

My one of the STB is in Inactive status and I want to activate it. How can i do this?

I requested customer care support and they are saying that you will get a call tomorrow morning after 10 AM and then only your STB will be active.

What to do now I want to watch my secondary connection right now?

can anyone help please.

Try using their Chat service. Else try mailing them, those are the only ways. If none works, you have to wait till tomorrow.

Earlier there was nothing like this , we just recharge our account and our STB gets activated. Why sudden change in the process

It doesn't happen to me or anyone i know. Must be someone with your Tata Sky account access explicitly have asked CC to inactive the 2nd STB.

I called customer care and they activated secondary stb in a sec. I don't know why customer care via chat was not able to do this?
