i want all channels to be in full screen mode

FYKI in Dish TV all channels are available in full screen mode including DD Channels. So what do you want to complain ????????

may be he is asking for 'fit to screen' view.

HD channel comes with full screen mode, but SD channels wont.

what i mean is, i am using 42" tv and i can see the difference in the picture size for HD and SD channels.

for ex. HD channels view is so close and its just like near
but SD looks like small picture.

Why are you compare HD Channels with SD Channels ?
Your LED Size is Too Big 42" that's why pls don't compare HD with SD Channels !

mtunes hd is not fullscreen ...it is in 4:3aspect ratio

There should be an option in settings to change the output mode of 4:3 videos to be as 4:3 or Fit to screen. Also, your TV should have an option to change the screen format to Wide. Check for that.
