Include monthly HD with Mega sd

Helio everyone. Just purchase Sony bravia tv so want to subscribe to Hd channel so called ts helpline to my surprise they told that I can't subscribe to Hd via monthly access fee, i have to have change my base pack to Mega HD. Oh yaar please suggest me any way.

Are you a mega SD subscriber? If yes how many days left for pack's expiry? It's clear from title that you're a mega SD subscriber then there should not be any problem in allowing monthly HD access fee for the left over period. TS is no more customer friendly.

My stb is hd+ and my pack expire on 5/10/14.
