Viacom18 not hold any TV Broadcasting Rights in India, Star hold exclusive TV Rights probably they will bring back IPL 30 minutes delay match on Star Sports First for DD Free Dish.

Package C is Digital Rights and Includes Only Non-exclusive matches.

Because Viacom18 and Uday shankar know that if Package C hotstar won it will destroyed Package B and hurt the complete Viacom18 business, who knows hotstar aired important matches of CSK, MI, RCB for Free.

By highlighting I meant archive of all these years of IPL.

I remember Star only aired highlights of IPL back when Sony had the rights. Otherwise if you had missed the morning highlights on Max. You had no option to watch the highlights.
